Wednesday Tips

Trainer Henry Daly
Image: Trainer Henry Daly will be seeking his first winner at Kelso on Wednesday

Henry Daly can saddle his first winner at Kelso when Wyenot makes the long journey from his Shropshire base for the Every Race Live On Racing TV Mares' Novices' Hurdle.

Daly has only ever had five runners at the Borders track, so it is not as if he has been sending many there, but the fact Wyenot makes the trip is interesting.

She looked very promising when winning on her hurdling debut at Ludlow, scoring by five lengths and looking capable of defying a penalty.

That was against the boys, and the second and third have since come out and won, giving the form a very decent look.

Busty Boy was a winner last time out for Daragh Bourke and he also looked the type to oblige again.

He won three times in point-to-points but was beaten on his first two outings under rules, although they were in decent company - and over hurdles.

Sent over fences first time out this season at Kelso, and stepped up in trip, Busty Boy was a comfortable winner without being wildly impressive.

However, he has only been raised 5lb ahead of the Follow @racingtv On X Novices' Handicap Chase and could be the type to rattle up a sequence.

Dan Skelton's record at Wetherby is second to none and he is well represented at the Yorkshire venue again.

He looks set to start the day in good style with Missed Tee in the Watch Racing TV In HD Novices' Handicap Chase.

She was a beaten favourite on her comeback at Carlisle, her first run since a wind op, but she definitely would not be the first one from the yard to take a big step forward from their first to second runs this season.

It is a slight change of tact for the yard, who had been known for having them cherry ripe first time out, but Skelton is definitely leaving something to work upon.

That was her chasing debut at Carlisle but she is still very lightly raced, so open to any amount of improvement.

One of the most upwardly mobile training yards is that of Oliver Greenall and Josh Guerriero and they hold claims in the Visit RacingTV.com Handicap Chase with No But I Will.

A winner over hurdles at Bangor in April, he cut little ice on his comeback in that sphere in a handicap but looks just the type to do much better over the bigger obstacles.

Indeevar Bleu is given another chance to confirm the promise of his debut win in a bumper when he runs in the Watch Race Replay At Racing TV Novices' Hurdle.

In winning by 12 lengths at Wetherby, Olly Murphy looked to have an above average recruit on his hands and he was sent off joint-favourite for a hot novice hurdle at Ayr but could only finish fourth.

The winner, Primoz, looked very good but disappointed when clearly not giving his running at Haydock on Saturday. We can easily say that, because I Love My Baie was beaten five lengths by Primoz but was a long way in front of him at the weekend.

The third, Florida Dreams, was the other joint-favourite and had won a Grade Two bumper at Aintree, so there was plenty of strength in depth.

A return to Wetherby can hopefully spark Indeevar Bleu back to his best.

Reverend Hubert looks interesting in the Get Emma's Offers At planetsportbet.com Novices' Hurdle at Hereford.

Trained by Charles Byrnes in Ireland, he has a rating of 134 already, which would usually be enough to win most novice hurdles in the UK.

He is, however, up against the promising Magic Seven trained by Jonjo O'Neill, so we will have a much better idea of where they both stand after this race.
